Cunningham starred in both basketball and lacrosse during her Drew career. On the basketball court, she was the Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year in 2003-04 and Freedom Conference Player of the Year in 2006-07. A two-time first team all-conference selection, she ranked sixth on the Rangers' all-time scoring list with 1,288 career points at the time of her induction. As a lacrosse player, Cunningham led Drew to a pair of MAC Championships and NCAA Sweet 16 appearances. She was a two-time Regional All-American and was named to the 2007 All-America Third Team. At the time of her induction, Cunningham was fourth all-time in assists (119), fifth in points (300) and sixth in goals (181).
