  • Sport(s)
    Soccer, Baseball

Brennan made his mark as a tremendous two-sport athlete at The Forest. A true ironman, he did not a miss a single game in soccer or baseball during his time as a Ranger. In soccer, he was a defender who helped his team to a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) title in 1973, an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) title in 1975, and the program's first-ever berth in the NCAA Division III Championships in 1976. He was a two-time MAC Northern Division All-Star, a two-time All-Region selection, a two-time team captain, and the team MVP as a junior.

In baseball, Brennan served as both a pitcher and a field player for most of his career. He was the NCAA Division III leader in stolen bases during his senior year, when he went 25-for-28 on the basepaths. His performances that season earned him a spot on both the All-New Jersey Baseball Writers (NJBW) and All-Independent Athletic Conference (IAC) Teams, and he was also selected to the NJBW All-Star Game. In addition, he was a two-year team MVP and a two-year captain.
