Results
CANTON, N.Y. (November 12, 2011) – With the Rangers competing in NCAA regionals for the first time since 1999, senior Steven Monteleone (Berkeley Heights, N.J./Governor Livingston) ran the fastest time at regionals in school history with a time of 26:28.

Monteleone, competing in his last race as a Ranger, finished 41st overall in a field on nearly 300 runners. The senior turned in a career-best and was five seconds faster than Ed Juarez was in the regionals back in 1999. Hall-of-famer Gordon Kenny was the highest finisher ever at the event, placing 15th in 1994.

Classmate Erik Gray (Dorset, Vt./Burr & Burton Academy) was the next highest finisher, posting a season best time of 28:25.  Max Rich (Providence, R.I./Classical) was the fourth Drew finisher and also ran a season-best time of 29:46.
