Lathrop clinched the sixth Landmark Conference Championship defeating David Teres of Scranton in three sets, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4. He and doubles partner, Matt Imbo, won both number two doubles matches in the playoff week 8-3. He was 2-0 in singles after a straight-set victory over Cassian Utrie in the semifinals.
