Win the Ranger Way is a leadership, team and performance development program built to assist individual student-athletes and teams in pursuing their goals and achieving their potential on and off the field. Led by former Ranger (class of ‘97) and current Men’s Lacrosse Coach, Dan Leidl, Win the Ranger Way offers workshops, speakers and additional supportive programming to assist student-athletes in being their best. Through discussion, presentation and exploration of team dynamics, best practices in performance & sport, leadership, and more, Win the Ranger Way is supporting Drew student-athletes in evolving into the types of players and teammates champions strive to be.
