MAHWAH, N.J. - The Drew University women's tennis team ended the fall semester on a high note, capturing an 8-1 non-conference victory at Ramapo College on Thursday.
The Rangers finish the semester with a 1-1 record.

Mary Kalorin, senior
Marwa Elessawy, junior
Danielle DelRosso, senior
Kate Gangi, and sophomore
Taylor Dombalis all picked up two wins apiece for Drew.
The Rangers swept the doubles competition to open the match with a 3-0 lead. Elessawy and DelRosso teamed up for an 8-2 win at No. 1 doubles while Kalorin and freshman
Courtney Bresler prevailed 8-2 at the second flight. Gangi and Dombalis scored an 8-2 victory at No. 3.
Kalorin also captured a 6-3, 6-2 decision at No. 1 singles. Elessawy earned a 7-6, 6-3 win at No. 2 while DelRosso rallied for a 0-6, 6-4, 10-4 victory at No. 3. Gangi was a 6-1, 6-2 victor at the fourth spot, and Dombalis added a 6-0, 6-2 victory at No. 6.
The Rangers will compete in the bulk of their schedule during the spring semester.
