MADISON, N.J. – Several members of the Ranger men's tennis team competed in the main singles and doubles draws on the second day of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Northeast Region Championship, hosted by Drew University, on Friday.
 
Due to rain, all matches were moved indoors to the Simon Forum, where only the first round of the singles and doubles main draws were contested.
 
Sophomore Jesse Faro turned in a strong performance in singles play while taking on Colby Feldman of Hamilton College. Feldman prevailed in a close match, 8-6.
 
In doubles play, seniors Avi Perera and Daryl Wong Li-Hom also competed and took on the second-seeded Aiden Drover-Mattinen and Andy Zu of RPI. The defending ITA Northeast Region champions, Drover-Mattinen and Zu posted an 8-0 win.
