MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University men's tennis team completed the opening day of the Ranger Invitational Doubles Tournament on Saturday in the Simon Forum.
Leading the way for the Rangers were senior
Owen Reynolds and freshman
Fu Tingzhou, who finished 3-1 on the day while competing at the No. 4 flight. The pair earned all three of their victories over teams from Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) winning 6-2, 7-6, and 6-2.
Two additional tandems captured two victories apiece, as the No. 5 team of freshmen

Pharell Longenbach and the No. 6 squad of juniors

Devan Sutaria each finished 2-2. Longa and Longenbach captured a pair of wins over RCSJ, posting scores of 7-6 (7-4) and 6-1. Bhattacharya and Sutaria secured 6-2 wins over teams from Wilkes and RCSJ.
Drew's No. 1 team of sophomore
Daniel Arcari and junior
Jesse Faro went 1-3 on the day and notched a 6-3 victory over a team from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). However, the battled two different RIT teams to a tiebreaker, including RIT's No. 1 team.
The invitational concludes on Sunday starting at 9 a.m.
