MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University women's lacrosse team led for nearly the entre game, but Juniata College ralled to earn the win on a last-second host in Landmark Conference action and the Drew's regular-season finale on Saturday in Ranger Stadium.
The Rangers led 6-3 early in the second half, but the Eagles ended the game on a 5-1 run, including the game-winning goal by Peyton Goodrich.

Rorrie Sifers made six saves each while playing in one half each.
Kyndall Yeager scored three goals for Juniata (8-8, 6-3 LC) while Goodrich posted goals and four caused turnovers.
The Eagles scored the game's first goal, but the Rangers answered with a 3-0 run to take control early. Sophomore

Kristina Lowe all scored for Drew before the Eagles snapped the run with a Yeager goal at the 16-second mark that made it 3-2.
Drew edged the Eagles 2-1 in the second quarter on a pair of goals from Welch, including a buzzer-beater that made it a 5-3 game at the intermission.
Welch made it three in a row when she found the back of the net with 11:58 on the clock. The Eagles pulled to within 6-5 after scoring twice before freshman
Zoey Pipher tallied with 1:07 left, making it a two-goal heading into the final period.
The Eagles scored the only three goals in the fourth quarter. In the closing seconds, Sifers made a save, but on her outlet pass the ball was stripped by Goodrich, who pounced on the loose ball before scoring the game-winning goal with 0.8 seconds on the scoreboard. The clock quickly ran out before either team could gain possession on the ensuing draw.
