Seven From Men’s Tennis Named ITA Scholar-Athletes

 TEMPE, Ariz. – Seven members of the Drew University men's tennis team have been honored as Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athletes.
 
The award is given to student-athletes who accumulate a grade-point average of at least 3.50 during the current academic year.
 
Seniors Josh Kline and Sergey Kravchenko; juniors Jesse Faro, Shivi Perera, and Devan Sutaria; sophomore Daniel Arcari; and freshman Dikshan Chhikara all made the grade.
 
Arcari, Kline, Kravchenko, Perera, and Sutaria also captured a spot on the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll this past season. In addition, Arcari and Kline garnered College Sports Communicators Academic All-District recognition.
 
The Rangers finished 12-9 and 7-2 in the Landmark Conference this past season. Drew earned the No. 3 seed in the Landmark Conference Championships and advanced to the conference final, where it battled No. 1-seeded Goucher College in a tight 4-3 loss.
