High School: A three-sport athlete (baseball, swimming, soccer) at South Plainfield High School. Under baseball head coach Anthony Guida, he was a 2013 GMC All-White Division selection. Boyle went 7-2 with a 2.87 ERA in 56 innings pitched that year while helping his team reach the Sectional Finals and County Semifinals. In the classroom, he was in National Honor Society and the president of the Spanish Honor Society; Ranked 8 out of 303 Graduating Class, and a GMC Scholar-Athlete.
