Kaitlin Maguire joined the Rangers as an assistant field hockey coach in 2018. She is a recent graduate of Montclair State University, where she put together a successful four-year career as the goalkeeper for the Division III squad.

Over her four-year tenure at MSU, she recorded over 150 saves with an outstanding overall record of 32-10. She started every game over her final two years and finished her career with a .760 save percentage through 49 games. Maguire helped lead the Red Hawks to an NJAC championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2016.

Along with her role with the field hockey team, Maguire has gained additional coaching and mentoring experience as an athletic specialist at the Pine Grove Day Camp.
Maguire earned her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in social work while receiving her certification in child advocacy.
