Fred Kettrell enters his first season as an assistant women's basketball coach at Drew University in 2021-22.
Kettrell brings the Rangers a vast amount of coaching experience at various levels, including two years as the head women's basketball coach at local rival Saint Elizabetht University (1997-99). He has also served as an assistant women's basketball coach at Felician University (2005-06) and was an assistant men's coach at Baruch College (1999-2005). In addition, Kettrell has coached for numerous minor league professional teams and high schools in New Jersey and Virginia and was most recently an assistant girls coach at Highland Park (N.J.) High School (2017-21).
Kettrell graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in political science, and he also earned a master's degree in athletic administration from Ohio University. He is a member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
