Keri Ecker is a certified USA Fencing Coach. Coach Ecker proudly competed in saber for Temple University’s fencing program (NCAA Division I).
Coach Ecker began her coaching career in 2009 as the Head Coach of the Lakeland Regional (N.J.) High School girls fencing team and was excited to transition to the collegiate stage and joined the Drew Rangers family for the 2020-2021 season.
In 2021, Coach Ecker was honored by NCAA/ USFCA as the 2021 Division III Women’s Team Assistant Coach of the Year.
In the decade of her tenure at Lakeland High School, Coach Ecker led that team to multiple County Championships and qualified the team and its individual members to all levels of state championship competition. She has also coached at a variety of private fencing clubs in the area and seen several of her students advance into the collegiate level. She brings with her a wide variety of experience and has a grassroots understanding of the sport from the perspective of an accomplished coach and student-athlete.
