  • Title
    Volunteer Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach
Sally Dreyer C'88 returns to the Drew sidelines in 2022-23 for her second year as a volunteer assistant coach for the Ranger women's lacrosse team.

Dreyer previously served as interim head coach of the field hockey team in the fall 2021, and as an assistant field hockey coach at Drew from 2015-20. No stranger at the Forest, she was also the Rangers' head women's lacrosse coach from 1991-94, leading the team to a Middle Atlantic Conference title in 1994. In addition, she served as an assistant field hockey and women's lacrosse coach from 1989-91.

Dreyer has held multiple coaching positions in addition to her experience with the Rangers. She served as the head field hockey and girl's lacrosse coach for Montclair Kimberly Academy in 1994-95, and she also assisted the Watchung Hills girl’s lacrosse program from 2009-12.

As a student-athlete, Dryer was a standout two-sport athlete from 1984-88, starring as a sweeper in field hockey and an attacker in lacrosse during an outstanding era for both teams. She helped lead the Rangers to a combined five NCAA Division III Championship appearances, including Final Four berths for both squads in 1985. Dreyer became just the third athlete in school history to be named an All-American in two sports, earning first-team honors in lacrosse and was inducted into the Drew Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998.
