Noah Fradkin

Noah Fradkin enters his first season as an assistant basketball coach at Drew University in 2026-27.

Fradkin provides the Rangers with a strong background in collegiate coaching after serving as a graduate assistant at Rutgers University during the 2024-25 season. In his role, he supported all aspects of the basketball program for a staff of eight Big Ten coaches. He also served as the staff video coordinator, providing individualized content for practices, games, and transfer portal evaluations. His responsibilities also included preparing opponent scouting reports, providing analytics and statistical breakdowns, overseeing 26 student managers, and assisting with travel logistics and expense management, among numerous other duties.

Most recently, Fradkin served as the freshman basketball coach and assistant varsity coach at Newtown High School (Newtown, Conn.) during the 2025-26 season. He prepared and conducted all team-related activities, including practice planning, skill instruction, film analysis, scouting preparation, game strategy, and player development.

Fradkin earned both his bachelor's degree in sport management and his master's degree in global sports business from Rutgers University.
