Men's Tennis Picks up Win in the Rain
KINGS POINT, N.Y. (April 21,2010) - In a rain-shortened match, the Rangers picked up a 6-0 Landmark Conference victory over Merchant Marine this afternoon. Before the rain suspended the match Drew had won all three doubles matches but were unable to complete all six singles matches.
Drew (7-6, 5-0 Landmark) remains unbeaten in Landmark Conference play this season and are currently in sole possession of first place. The Rangers picked up singles wins from reigning Landmark Conference Player of the Week

Victor Kolarov (Sofia, Bulgaria/FPELS William Shakespeare)When the rain hit Drew was winning all three remaining singles matches.
In the singles matches that were completed the Rangers had little resistance from Merchant Marine (4-6, 0-4 Landmark). The Mariners only won two games and they both came from Blair Voltz in his loss to Kolarov, 6-1, 6-1.
The Rangers will host Susquehanna on at the Drew tennis center on Saturday at 1:00.
