Box Score BETHLEHEM, Pa. (January 30, 2013) – The Drew men's basketball team suffered its third-straight loss this evening after an 81-61 setback against Moravian College (12-8, 4-5 Landmark). The Rangers are now 9-11 on the season and 3-6 in Landmark Conference play.

Luke Glass (Rumson, N.J./Rumson-Fair Haven) led the way for the Rangers tallying, 13 points and a game-high five assists. All 12 points from freshman
Mike Klinger (Franklin Park, N.J./Rutgers Prep) came from behind the three-point line as he was 4-for-10 from downtown. Freshman
Jason Huelbig (Middletown, N.J./Middletown North) came off the bench and added 10 points on 3-of-7 shooting.
Five players for Moravian reached double-figures beginning with D.J. Strayhorn who had a game-high 19 points. Strayhorn was 7-of-14 from the floor including a 3-for-5 effort from three-point range. Freshman Cameron Cullen recorded a double-double, pulling down a game-high 11 rebounds and chipping in 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting.
The Greyhounds never trailed in the contest and scored the game's first seven points. The largest lead of the frame came after an 11-0 run to make the score 32-12 with 4:48 to play. The spurt by the home team ate up nearly six minutes of the half. The Rangers responded scoring nine of the next 11 points and got the lead down to just 10 after a dunk by Huelbig with 54 seconds remaining in the half. A three by Strayhorn with 14 ticks left gave the Greyhounds a 39-26 lead at the break.
The Rangers would not get the lead below 10 for the remainder of the contest. A Glass jumper with 4:08 remaining in the game made the score 69-59 but the Rangers would score only two points for the rest of the game.
The Greyhounds shot a solid 45 percent from the field compared to just 37 percent by the Rangers. Moravian owned a 48-36 advantage on the boards and forced 20 Drew turnovers.
Drew will travel down to the nation's capital on Saturday for a bout with #11 Catholic University. The Rangers will play the nightcap of a women's/men's doubleheader scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
