TOWSON, Md. (Jan. 28, 2017) – The Drew University men's and women's swimming & diving teams picked up dual meet wins at Goucher College on Saturday.

By the Numbers: Both teams improve to 6-2 in duals this season, including four in a row. The women defeated the Gophers, 122-77, while the men topped their counterparts by a score of 109-71.

Top Performers
• Senior
Jordan Jessup was a three-time winner on Saturday, taking the 50- and 100-yard freestyle individual events and swimming the third leg in the victorious 200-yard freestyle relay.
• Freshman
Jack Mahoney also triumphed thrice with wins in the 100- and 200-yard free, in addition to his leadoff leg on the first place 200-yard freestyle relay team.
• Freshmen
Hailey Williams (1000-yard freestyle),
Jamie Riffel (200-yard freestyle) and
Ryan Underwood (100-yard butterfly) all picked up their first collegiate victories.

Other Highlights
• Freshman
Mal Vishwanath turned in the fastest 400-yard individual medley time in the Landmark Conference this season in 4:46.51. She later touched the wall first in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:14.73.
• Junior
Jenny Stein won the 100-yard backstroke in thrilling fashion, out-touching a Goucher swimmer by twelve-hundredths of a second in 1:01.48. She also led off both the winning 200-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relays.
• Sophomore
Mack Fox swam the seventh fastest 400-yard individual medley time in 4:37.67.
• Freshman
Garrett Pilkington continues his winning streak in the distance events, claiming both the 500-yard and 1000-yard freestyle events at Goucher on Saturday.
