BETHLEHEM, Pa. (April 15, 2017) — The Drew University softball team dropped both halves of a doubleheader, 8-0 and 16-0, respectively, to No. 8 Moravian College, which they visited on Saturday afternoon.

By the Numbers:Â Drew's overall record falls to 5-18 and 2-6 in the conference while Moravian improves to 26-2 and 8-0 in the Landmark.

Phylicia Pellot went 2-for-2 in Game 2 with a pair of singles.
Highlights
• Drew's Game 1 hits came off the bats of junior catcher
Heather Ronchi and junior left fielder
Brooke Adams. Ronchi ripped a single to left-center in the fourth Adams added a single up the middle in the fifth.
• Sophomore right fielder
Katie Grodski singled between the third baseman and shortstop in the second inning of Game 2.
• After coming on in relief, senior pitcher
Emma Agostini notched a hit in her only at-bat of Game 2.

Up Next:Â The Rangers next contest comes on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. when they take on Lehman College in non-conference action. Their next home game is slated for Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and is against Hunter College.
