SELINSGROVE, Pa. - The Drew University men's soccer team closed out the season on a high note, erasing a 1-0 halftime deficit to beat Susquehanna University 2-1 in a Landmark Conference (LC) tilt Saturday afternoon.
With the win, the Rangers close out the season on a three-game winning streak and finish with a 7-9-2 record and a 2-4-1 mark in the Landmark Conference.
The River Hawks (6-12, 1-6 LC) took the lead with a goal from Alex Graul in the 29th minute. Susquehanna held a 4-3 edge in shots in the opening half, when sophomore
Calum Erlenborn made a pair of saves for Drew.
The Rangers turned up the offensive pressure in the second half, when it doubled the hosts in shots (8-4). Freshman
Nathan Han pulled Drew even in the 48th minute, burying a free kick for his first collegiate goal. Then in the 83rd minute junior
Tony Oliveira drilled in a penalty kick with what held up as the game-winner. It was Oliveira's second goal in as many games.

Brendan Kerins saved three shots in the second period, including a stop in the 89th minute, to earn his first collegiate win.
