ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Rangers jumped out to a 4-0 first-inning lead and never looked back, cruising to a 19-5 non-conference victory at Muhlenberg College Wednesday afternoon. Eight of nine starters batted safely for Drew (11-10), which slugged six doubles and nearly posted its second 20-run game in nine days.
 
Highlights
• The Rangers wasted little time getting on the scoreboard, crossing the plate four times on three hits in the top of the first.
• Drew stretched its lead to 6-1 in the fourth before breaking it open with a six-run sixth that made it 12-1. Juniors Matthew Lange and Brent Lincoln each doubled in the big inning.
• Leading 12-5, the Rangers settled any doubt with another six-spot in the eighth, which was capped by a bases-clearing two-bagger from Lange.
 
 Top Performers
• Lincoln went 3-for-5 with three RBIs.
• Lange finished 2-for-6 with a pair of doubles and four RBIs. He also pushed his hitting streak to 13.
• Senior Eric DiPietro and junior Max Felsenstein each scored three runs.
• Senior Jendy Castillo (2-3) worked six innings to earn the win, yielding five runs on eight hits and no walks
• Senior Davis Fouts spun three innings of shutout ball while striking out five to pick up a save.
