HUNTINGDON, Pa. - The Drew University men's tennis team reached double figures in wins for the sixth year in a row with a 9-0 victory at Juniata College in a Landmark Conference (LC) matchup Saturday afternoon.
The victory ran the team's regular-season Landmark Conference winning streak to 12, dating back to the 2018-19 season. The Rangers (10-3, 3-0 LC) have also won 15 straight overall versus conference opponents.
Drew opened the match by sweeping the three doubles points. Junior

Bret Schuler improved to 8-3 in dual matches this season with an 8-4 victory at No. 1 while junior
Leo Ambrogio and senior
Dan Blumenthal won by an identical score at No. 2, improving to 13-5 overall. Meanwhile, sophomore
Santo Carroccia and junior
John Dickey cruised to an 8-0 victory at No. 3 in their first match of the year as doubles partners.
The blue and green went on to win all six singles matches in straight sets, including a 6-3, 6-0 victory by Perera at No. 1. Four Rangers went on to post perfect 6-0, 6-0 wins, including Blumenthal at No. 2, Schuler at No. 3, Ambrogio at No. 5, and Dickey at No. 6. Carroccia added a 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 5.
Ambrogio and Dickey each registered their ninth wins of the season.
Drew competes as a split squad on Sunday, visiting Susquehanna University in a Landmark Conference match beginning at 1 p.m. while also hosting Bard College in a non-conference match starting at noon.
