MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University women's lacrosse team lost by a final of 19-5 to Muhlenberg College in a non-conference affair Saturday afternoon in Ranger Stadium.
The Rangers received goals from five different players, as sophomore
Grace Patane, sophomore
Madi Strong, junior
Aubrey Welch, freshman
Kristina Lowe, and freshman
Hayden Scotti each found the back of the net.
Junior
Emily Monaco posted four draw controls for Drew while freshman
Isabella Fortunato recorded four ground balls.
Sophomore
Paige Shaw made 10 saves over the opening three quarters before freshman
Rorrie Sifers collected three stops in the final period.
Emma Youngling (six goals, four assists) and Jillian Kubikowski (five goals, four assists) paced the Mules (3-0), who jumped to a 10-1 lead to start the game.
The Rangers return home on Wednesday, when they take on Kean University at 4 p.m. in another non-conference outing.
