LANCASTER, Pa. – The Drew University men's tennis team competed in a non-conference match at 38th-ranked Franklin & Marshall College on Tuesday and was handed a 7-0 setback.
The Diplomats (4-5) opened the day by sweeping the doubles matches to assume a 1-0 lead before capturing all six singles matches.
Sophomore
Daniel Arcari forced a third set at No. 2 singles but lost by a final of 6-2, 3-6, 10-1.
The Rangers (4-6) return to action on Saturday, when they visit Goucher College at 1 p.m. in a rematch of the last year's Landmark Conference championship match.
