MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University men's basketball team saw its four-game winning streak come to an end with a 75-72 loss to Juniata College in a Landmark Conference tilt Saturday afternoon in Baldwin Gym.
In a tightly-contested game, the Rangers (13-4, 7-3 LC) trailed for most of the second half but pulled to within two on four occasions over the last two and a half minutes. After senior forward
David Musial hit a pair of free throws with 20 seconds left, Jaiden Aze split a trip to the line with seven ticks showing for Juniata. Junior guard
Charlie Thornton forced a jump ball on the missed second shot, and the possession arrow favored the Rangers. Drew managed a potential game-tying 3-pointer at the buzzer, but
David Musial's shot from the left wing was off the mark.
All 10 Rangers who saw the court scored a point for Drew, with junior guard
Eli Yusavage leading the way with 15 points. Junior guard
Andre De Los Reyes contributed 13 points while Thornton and sophomore forward
Ben Manns added eight points apiece.

Taylor Perlmutter dished out five assists.
Ty Kocak led Juniata (6-10, 4-6 LC) with 22 points.
After four lead changes and two ties over the opening four minutes, Juniata held a slight lead for the next nine minutes unilt Drew went back in front on back-to-back 3-pointers from Yusavage and Thornton that made 26-22. But the Eagles answered with a 12-0 run that gave them a 34-26 lead with 4:04 on the clock. The visitors still led by eight when senior forward
Kevin Cronin nailed a 3-pointer with 31 seconds left to make it a 40-35 game at the half.
Drew opened the second half on a 10-5 run to pull even with 14:05 remaining. But the Eagles scored the next for points and would lead the rest of the way.
The Rangers pulled to with two on a pair of free throws from Yusavage with 2:36 left, an and-1 from De Los Reyes with 1:57 to go, and two more free throws from Yusavage with 48 seconds left before
David Musial's late foul shots.
The Rangers pick up their schedule on Wednesday, when they host No. 21-ranked University of Scranton in another Landmark Conference affair.
