GENEVA, N.Y. – Following a 20-day layoff from competition, the Drew University men's tennis team returned to action on Saturday and lost a 7-0 decision at Hobart College in a non-conference match.
The Rangers (3-3) lost 6-2 at both Nos. 1-2 doubles, with senior
Jesse Faro and
Daniel Arcari competing at the No. 1 position and junior
Nicolas Mobayed and senior
Shivi Perera competing at the No. 2 spot.
Faro also competed at No. 1 singles and was handed a 6-1, 6-0 setback while Arcari lost by a 6-1, 6-1 count at second singles.
Drew continues its season on Wednesday, when it travels to Lebanon Valley College for a non-conference match starting at 3:30 p.m.
