Fil Goncalves enters his first year as an assistant coach for the Drew University men's soccer team in 2021.
A 2018 Drew graduate, Goncalves has spent the last three years competing professionally in Portugal's second and third divisions as a starting left back. During his playing days at Drew, he was a three-year starter who earned All-Landmark Conference honors as a senior, when he helped lead the Rangers to a 21-1-1 record, the Landmark Conference title, and a berth in the NCAA Division III Sweet 16. Over the course of his career at the Forest, he helped lead the Rangers to an impressive record of 56-18-13.
