Allison Regan will serve as an assistant women's volleyball coach and the interim head men's volleyball coach during Drew's inaugural women's and men's volleyball seasons in 2021-22.

Regan comes to the Forest from Keystone College in La Plume, Pa., where she led the Giants as head women's volleyball coach from 2019-21. She coached the squad to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs in 2019, and in the same year directed three players to a spot on the All-CSAC Team.

Prior to her time at Keystone, Regan worked as assistant women's volleyball coach at King's College (Pa.) from 2016-19. During her time in Wilkes-Barre, she helped guide the Monarchs to three-straight 20-win seasons and a berth in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Conference tournament in 2017.

In addition to her collegiate experience, Regan serves as Recruiting Coordinator/Head Coach of Xtreme Volleyball Academy in Ledgewood, N.J., a post she has held since 2019. Among her duties, she works as the head coach of the academy's 18-and-under national team. 

Regan, who is USAV Cap I certified, also coached club volleyball from 2014-16 with the Oxygen Volleyball Club based out of Yorktown, N.Y. She was the head coach of the 12-and-under team and the assistant coach for the 17u and 18u teams.

As a student-athlete, Regan began her career at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, where she played for two years. As a freshman, she led the Skyline Conference and ranked 11th in Division III in service aces per set. Regan played her final two seasons at Manhattanville College, where she graduated in 2016 with a degree in communications.
