Game 1
Freshman Laura D'Ornellas (Lonoka Harbor, N.J./Lacey Twp.) recorded her team-leading fifth win of the year in the circle, pitching a complete game shutout. The first-year hurler scattered five hits and tied a season-high by striking out six Eagles.

The Ranger offense would do all of its damage in the top of the second inning. A pair of singles by Rebecca Hutsebaut (Vernon, N.J./Vernon Twp.), Kate McNamara (Levittown, N.Y./MacArthur) put a runner in scoring position for Casey Reggiani (Whippany, N.J./Whippany Park)  who found the whole on the left side to drive in the first run of the game.
Later in the inning, D'Ornellas helped her own cause with RBI single that scored McNamara. Sophomore Lexie Forsell (West Windsor, N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro) delivered the knockout blow with a two-RBI single to give the Rangers a 4-0 advantage.

Game 2

With two outs, junior Jeramie Barletta (Madison, N.J./Madison) singled to center for the first run of the game scoring D'Ornellas. One batter later, McNamara delivered an RBI single up the middle to make the score 2-0.

Reggiani started game two and put together one of her better outings of the season. The freshman went five and one third innings allowing only one earned run in the bottom of the sixth. Amy Benedict (Howell, N.J./Freehold Twp.) came on in relief in the sixth and got the Rangers out of a jam and then pitched a scoreless seventh to earn her first career save.
Drew rounded of its scoring in the contest with RBI singles from Michelle Cozza (Wantagh, N.Y./MacArthur) and Antoinette Tovar (South El Monte, Calif./South El Monte).
