th run of the season, making the score 1-0. A sacrifice bunt by
Mike Klinger (Franklin Park, N.J./Rutgers Prep) brought in Feltre for a two-run opening inning. Another RBI bunt by Kowalski in the next frame put the Rangers up 3-0.
The Pioneers pulled within a run when A.J. Flores earned a bases loaded walk in the top of the fourth. Drew starter

Drew took a commanding lead thanks to a three-run fourth and balks in back-to-back innings to the Pioneer pitching staff. With two runs already across, thanks to a Feltre RBI single and a RBI ground out by
Al Krause, Bodden came home on a balk. The run proved to be the go-ahead run in the game. The Rangers got an insurance run in the following inning on another William Paterson balk.
Senior
Pat Rock (Cranston, R.I./Providence Country Day) came on and pitched the final two innings to earn his second save of the season and ninth of his career. Senior
Ryan Gibbons belted a solo home run to lead off the top of the ninth but Rock retired the next three batters in order.
William Paterson who won the first 10 games of the all-time series dating back to 1982 have now dropped two of the last three matchups against the Rangers.
