MADISON, N.J. (April 2, 2016) – The Drew University men's lacrosse team hosted a Landmark Conference contest with The Catholic University of America, who came away with a 12-5 win at Ranger Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Top Performers: Senior midfielder

Tom Cotroneo each totaled two goals and an assist apiece for the Rangers (1-8, 0-3), while freshman attacker
Ryan D'Alessandro increased his goal-scoring streak to four straight games with a tally in the first quarter. D'Alessandro continues to lead the team in scoring with nine goals.
The Turning Point: The Cardinals (8-3, 2-1) took flight in the second period, shutting Drew out 5-0 and taking a 7-1 lead into halftime. Cola scored a man-up goal to open the third, but another five-goal Catholic streak put the game firmly in control of the visitors. Drew scored the final three goals of the game, shutting Catholic out 3-0 in the final period to set the final score at 12-5.

Frank Kingston picked up a game-high seven groundballs as Drew won the battle on the ground, 46-36. Junior defender

Joe Palmieri won 9-of-16 faceoffs.
