WASHINGTON, DC - Catholic University rallied for the final two goals of the game to hand the Drew University men's soccer team a 2-1 setback in Landmark Conference (LC) action Saturday afternoon.
After a scoreless first half, the Rangers (4-6-1, 1-1-1 LC) struck first when sophomore
Christian Tyson scored on a breakaway in the 50th minute. He took a pass from freshman
Kevin Kiernan and beat the goalie one-on-one for his third goal of the season.
The Cardinals (6-4-1, 2-1 LC) answered in the 67th minute on a penalty kick from Darius Siahpoosh , then went ahead 15 minutes later with what held up as the game-winning goal from Gordie Bernlohr on a scrum in the box.

Calum Erlenborn made six saves, including a diving stop on a free kick with the match tied 1-1. Austin Coron also made six stops for Catholic.
The Rangers return to action on Tuesday, when they visit Haverford in a non-conference match starting at 4 p.m.
