Krause, Brannick Score Twice Apiece in Road Win

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – Sophomore Alexa Krause and junior Jessie Brannick scored two goals apiece as the Drew University women's soccer team rolled to a 4-0 non-conference victory at Delaware Valley University Tuesday evening.

The Rangers pushed their record to 9-4-2 with the victory, marking the team's best start through 15 matches since the 2013 squad was 13-2.

Krause cashed in twice in the opening half, when the Rangers outshot the Aggies 14-5. She scored an unassisted tally in the 20th minute, then finished off a pass from sophomore Isabella Grof-Tisza, who picked up her team-leading seventh assist of the season. The Rangers outshot the Aggies 10-2 in the second half and 24-7 overall. Drew did not concede a corner kick on the night.

Senior Anthi Panayides and sophomore Amina Cirkiel combined on the shutout for the Rangers. Panayides started and made a pair of saves before Cirkiel stopped one shot in the second half.
