Finkle Selected as Head Equestrian Coach

MADISON, N.J. - Megan Finkle has been named as the new head coach of the Drew University equestrian team, Director of Athletics Christa Racine has announced.

Finkle replaces Ginny Lussan, who served as the Rangers' head coach from 2019-22.

No stranger at Drew, Finkle held the post of team trainer for the Ranger equestrian team during the 2019-20 season. She currently helps run her family business, Crewe Hill, in New Vernon, New Jersey, which focuses on teaching hunt seat equitation and shows all along the East Coast. Throughout her coaching career, she has taken several students from short stirrup up through the national medal finals.

As a junior rider, Finkle showed in the Medal and Maclay 3'6 equitation and junior hunter classes with my horse, The Smuggler. As a professional rider, she has shown up to the Grand Prix level.
