LIMERICK, Pa. – The Drew University men's golf "B" team placed fourth out of 14 teams at the Turtle Creek Intercollegiate, hosted by Arcadia University at Turtle Creek Golf Course.
The Rangers fired a 314, finishing just nine strokes behind team champion Delaware Valley. Arcadia and Juniata tied for second with a 311.
Sophomore
Liam Larkin was the top finisher for the Rangers, tying for 10th in the field of 69 with a 5-over-par 77. Classmate
Thomas Hurley was one stroke back, tying for 16th with a 78.
Freshman
Ray Kim tied for 18th with a 79 while senior
Matvey Pangan and sophomore
Ryan Ricci tied for 24th with an 80.
Zach Brueks of Eastern University claimed medalist honors with a 73.
The Rangers continue their season this weekend, when they compete at the Farmingdale State College George Cangero Invitational, held at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York.
