TOWSON, Md. – The Drew University women's volleyball team picked up its first Landmark Conference victory of the season with a 3-1 win at Goucher College on Saturday.
The Rangers prevailed by scores of 25-17, 25-17, 23-25, 25-17.
Sophomore
Teeya Desgoutte paced Drew with 13 kills and 16 digs while classmate
Marissa Guajardo contributed nine kills and eight digs. Junior
Alyssa Baron threw down seven kills, and freshman
Alyssa Rachwal distributed 33 assists. Junior
Lauren Gaza added a season-high 32 digs.
Kailee Turner led the Gophers with 13 kills.
The Rangers return to action on Tuesday, when they take on Hunter College at 7 p.m. in a non-conference outing.
