MONTCLAIR, N.J. – The Drew University women's swimming & diving team competed in its second dual meet of the season on Saturday and lost by a count of 177-95 on Saturday.
Freshman
Ellis Murray earned a victory for the Rangers, as she touched first in the 100-backstroke in 59.77 seconds. She was also second in both the 100-freestyle (55.54) and the 100-butterfly (55.54).
Senior
Katerina Poulathas added a pair of second-place showings for Drew, including the 1,000-freestyle, in which she finished just 1.52 seconds off the winning pace with a time of 11:10.24. She also took runner-up honors in the 500-freestyle (5:36.08).
Senior
Sam Trodick also placed second in the 200-breaststroke (55.54).
The Rangers continue their season on Nov. 1-2, when they travel to the NYU Invitational.
