MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University women's volleyball team split a tri-match in its final two home games of the season on Saturday in Baldwin Gym.
The Rangers (10-17, 3-4 LC) opened the day with a 3-0 sweep versus Landmark Conference foe Wilkes University before falling by a 3-0 count to Arcadia University in a non-league affair.
Versus Wilkes, junior
Emily Shirk led the way with 10 kills, three aces, and three blocks while freshman
Lindsey Millis added eight kills, eight digs, and a season-high four aces. Sophomore
Alyssa Rachwal dished out 26 assists, and senior
Genevieve Sarinelli came up with 14 digs.
Junior
Teeya Desgoutte led the Rangers versus Arcadia with 10 kills while Rachwal handed out 15 assists. Sarinelli scooped another 15 digs.
The Rangers close out Landmark Conference play next weekend, when the visit No. 1-ranked Juniata College on Friday and Lycoming College next Saturday.
