MADISON, N.J. – The Drew University women's swimming & diving team opened the Ranger Invitational with a victory in the 200-freestyle relay on Friday at the F.M. Kirby Pool.
In the team standings, the College of Staten Island holds a slight lead over the Rangers with a score of 121 points. The Rangers are second with 115 points and are followed by FDU-Florham (91) and Moravian University (56).

Ece Onatca, freshman
Molly Loughlin, and senior
Kaitlyn Zayle teamed up in the 200-free relay with a time of 1:41.20, winning by over two seconds.
A pair of Rangers also captured runner-up honors – Murray in the 200-IM (2:18.01) and freshman
Adriana Scanga in the 100-butterfly (58.08).
Adding third-place finishes were sophomore
Morgan Wilson in the 500-freestyle (5:44.91), Scanga in the 50-freestyle (25.60), Zayle in the 200-freestyle (2:03.89), and Onatca in the 100-butterfly (1:00.46).
The second and final day of the invitational will be held on Saturday starting at 10 a.m.
