ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Drew University men's volleyball team won two of the first three sets, but host Bard College rallied for a 3-2 victory over the Rangers in a non-conference match Tuesday evening.
The Raptors won by scores of 20-25, 26-24, 14-25, 25-20, 15-11.
Freshman
Gio Martin paced the Rangers with his first career double-double, posting 14 kills and 11 digs. Classmate
Matthew Adegbite contributed a season-high 13 kills while senior
Ephraim Smith totaled eight kills and four blocks. Junior
Andrew DuHaime distributed 32 assists.
Senior
C.J. Addeo helped pace the defense with five blocks while freshman
Eric Forget scooped up 10 digs.
The Rangers return to Continental Volleyball Conference action on Friday, when they visit Kean University at 5 p.m.
