All-Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Team

TOWSON, Md. – Senior Mary Kalorin and graduate student Sophie Weaver have each been honored with a spot on the All-Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Team.

For the fourth consecutive season, Kalorin earned first-team honors in both singles and doubles. Meanwhile, Weaver was a second-team selection in singles and joined Kalorin on the first-team doubles squad.

Kalorin becomes just the third women's tennis player in team history to earn four, first team all-conference awards, joining Melina Christodoulou C'24 (Landmark Conference) and Crystal Vo C'07 (MAC Freedom Conference). In addition, she becomes Drew's first-ever four-time, First Team All-Landmark pick in doubles, and the first Ranger to capture first-team recognition in both singles and doubles four years in a row.

This past season, Kalorin played No. 1 singles for the first time in her career and finished 8-9 while going 4-4 versus Landmark Conference competition. She was also 13-7 at No. 1 doubles with Weaver, and the two finished 6-3 in conference play.

For her career, Kalorin finished 49-31 in singles and 58-31 in doubles. She established school records for doubles wins (58) and combined singles and doubles wins (107), and will leave Drew ranked third in school history in singles victories. In the Landmark Conference record book, Kalorin's name will appear under records for overall doubles wins as well as dual-match doubles wins (56).

Weaver made the most of her lone season with the Blue and Green, posting a singles record of 12-5, including a perfect 8-0 mark in Landmark Conference play. In singles, she ended her career on a five-match match winning streak, including a win over Catholic in the opening round of the Landmark Conference Championship tournament. She also finished 13-7 with Kalorin at No. 1 doubles.

The Rangers registered a 10-10 record while posting a 6-3 mark versus Landmark Conference opponents this past season. The team finished in fifth place in the Landmark Conference standings and lost at Catholic University in the first round.
