CSC Academic All-District Baseball Team

MADISON, N.J. – Recent graduate Will Fritch has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Baseball Team.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Baseball Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be nominated for the CSC Academic All-America program in baseball, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade-point average. They must also compete in 90 percent of the institution's games or must start in at least 66 percent of the team's contests. Pitchers must make 17 appearances or pitch 35 innings.

A Finance major, Fritch is coming off a senior campaign in which he earned All-Landmark Conference Honorable Mention recognition. Playing 30 games and making 28 starts at first base, he batted .283 while leading the Rangers in both home runs (five) and RBIs (31). In one of his top performances, he finished 6-for-9 with seven RBIs and a grand slam in a doubleheader sweep at Landmark Conference opponent Juniata College. He also slugged home runs in non-conference wins over William Paterson and CCNY as well as a Landmark Conference victory at Moravian and a conference matchup versus Catholic. Fritch ended the season batting .325 over his final 21 games.

The Rangers finished the season 19-21 and were in contention for a Landmark Conference playoff berth up until their final series of the year.
