IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Drew University women's lacrosse team has been recognized once again by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) for its performance in the classroom.
Drew was one of 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify for the award, teams must have posted a 3.2 or higher grade-point average for the academic year.

Aubrey Welch captured a spot on the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll, which is reserved for juniors, seniors, or graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. The IWLCA honored 1,186 student-athletes from 201 different institutions on its Division III Academic Honor Roll.
A Business major with a 3.59 GPA, Dobrich also garnered Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll recognition this past season. She started all 16 as a defender during the 2025 campaign and totaled 18 ground balls to go with nine caused turnovers and four draw controls. She totaled a career-high three ground balls at Elizabethtown and notched two GBs and two CTs versus Juniata in the final game of her career.
Welch, a Marketing major with a 3.55 GPA, also earned a spot on both the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll and the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team this past season. In addition, she captured a spot on the All-Landmark Conference Second Team. Starting all 16 games, the midfielder led the team in both goals (36) and draw controls (63) while finishing second among the Rangers in points (40), and third in both ground balls (26) and caused turnovers (16). She struck for a career-high six goals in a Landmark Conference victory over Goucher, racked up five goals, one assist, and seven draw controls in an overtime loss to Landmark Conference foe Moravian, and netted five goals and six draw controls in a conference win over Lycoming.
