MADISON, N.J. – Junior guard
Andre De Los Reyes scored a career-high 34 points and the Drew University men's basketball team held off a late Wilkes University rally to earn a 98-87 Landmark Conference victory Wednesday evening in Baldwin Gym.
The Rangers (11-3, 5-2 LC) led by as much as 16 with seven minutes left before the Colonels pulled to within five with 1:21 left. But Drew came up with a stop on Wilkes' final four possessions while shooting 6-for-8 at the foul line the rest of the way.
It was the second 30-point game of the season for De Los Reyes, who shot 5-for-10 from 3-point range. He posted the highest scoring output by a Ranger since Riley Collins C'20 also scored 34 points in a victory over Catholic University on Feb. 16, 2019.

De Los Reyes scored 21 of his points in the opening half, when he shot 4-for-5 from 3-point territory.
Wilkes cut the lead to four on two occasions early in the second half, but that's as close as it would get. The Rangers put together a key 16-5 run over a three-minute stretch to give Drew its aforementioned 16-point lead (84-68). De Los Reyes scored six points over the run while
Devon Musial scored the last five points of the stretch, capped by a 3-pointer.
After Wilkes cut the gap to five, Yusavage hit a pair of big free throws with 1:01 left before De Los Reyes and
