TOWSON, Md. – For the second time in three weeks, senior
Emily Camlet has been selected as the Landmark Conference Women's Track & Field Track Athlete of the Week.
Camlet won two events and placed second in another while posting another outstanding showing for the Rangers. At the Schuylkill Showcase, hosted by Widener University at the University of Pennsylvania's Ott Center, she won both the 200- and 400-meter dash while taking runner-up honors in the 60-meter dash. She was clocked at 56.93 seconds in the 400 – just seven-hundredths of a second off her season-best time that has her ranked 12th in Division III – as she won the event by nearly a full second while defeating all 41 competitors in the event.
