WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Senior Emily Camlet won two events while sophomore Lauryn Brown earned a pair of runner-up showings to lead the Drew University women's track & field team on the second and final day of the Bill Butler Invitational, hosted by West Chester University, on Saturday.

Taking on Division II, III, and unattached competitors, Camlet won both the 400- and 200-meter dash. Camlet beat out 23 athletes in the 400, hitting the finish line in 57.56 seconds and 2.83 ahead of her nearest Division III competitor. She also broke the tape in the 200, winning the 51-competitor event with a time of 25.12 – just seven hundredths of a second shy of her own school record.

Brown placed second overall and was the top collegiate finisher in a field of 12 in the triple jump, posting a season-best mark 11.27 meters (36-11 3/4), which places her 48th on the current Division III performance list. In addition, she was the top Division III finisher in a field of 20 in the long jump with a leap of 5.02 meters (16-5 3/4).

Among the Rangers' additional top performers were seniors Kate Rice, who came in 16th out of 41 competitors in the 1500-meter run (5:25.48), and Lauren Rizzolo, who took 12th in a field of 23 in the discus (28.74m/94-3).

The Rangers are back in action on Friday and Saturday at the Coach Pollard Invitational, hosted by Moravian University.
