SHAWNEE ON DELAWARE, Pa. - Capped by a record-breaking performance in the second round, the Drew University men's golf team won its second straight Landmark Conference title on Saturday and Sunday at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort.

The Rangers fired a school-record, 5-under-par 283 on Sunday and finished with a 36-hole score of 584 for a decisive 25-stroke victory over runner-up Moravian University. Drew posted the lowest scores in Landmark Conference Championship history for both 18 and 36 holes.

It is the third conference title for the Rangers, who are now tied with the University of Scranton for the most Landmark Conference men's golf titles won. They will now advance to the NCAA Division III Championships, to be held May 12-15 at the Mission Resort + Club in Howie-in-the-Hills, Fla.

Individually, senior Elliot Parker shot an incredible final round, firing a 6-under-par 66 after opening with a 72 to capture his second career individual Landmark title. He becomes just the second player to win two Landmark Conference men's golf titles, joining current Drew Head Coach Lucas Artigliere. Parker finished with a 6-under 138 to win by six strokes over Riley Ruby of Goucher. On Sunday, he fired six birdies and eagled the par-5 third hole. His 66 was just one shy of his own school record set on Sept. 11, 2023 at The Gauntlet.

Drew's second finisher was junior Avery Cohen, who fired a 145 (75-70) to place fourth in the field of 50. He shot three birdies on Sunday, when he also eagled the par-4 17th hole and posted even-par on 11 others. Junior Thomas Hurley shot a 149 (77-72) to finish in a tie for sixth place while sophomore Sam Dolan completed the team scoring, carding a 152 (77-75). Each player notched three birdies on Sunday.

Senior Shiv Bhaskar also competed and shot a 154 (77-77) to finish in a five-way tie for 12th place. He posted two birdies in the final round.
