The Drew University women's and men's soccer teams both had their season openers postponed due to lightning on Tuesday evening.

The women's team was set to host Manhattanville in what was slated to be the team's home opener as well while the men's squad was scheduled to compete just down the road at cross-town rival FDU-Florham.

Both matches have yet to be rescheduled.

The men's team will host Merchant Marine in its new season and home opener on Thursday at 7 p.m. while the women's squad will welcome RPI on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., also in its season and home opener.
