Box Score BETHLEHEM, Pa. (October 13, 2013) – The Drew University women's soccer team scored a pair of first half goals, en route to a 2-1 road victory over Moravian (5-8, 1-3 Landmark) this afternoon. The Rangers are winners of eight-straight games and improve to 10-1 on the season.
Drew scored the first two goals of the game, which proved to be enough for the third Landmark Conference win of the season. Senior
Caroline Kuras (Allamuchy, N.J./Pope John XIII) got the Rangers on the scoreboard with her second goal of the season just 8:41 into the contest. Classmate
Katie O'Keefe (Shamong, N.J./Seneca) provided the feed and was credited with her 19
th assist of her career. She is now in sole possession of third place on Drew's all-time assists list.

Liz Loiodice (Forest Hill, Md./John Carroll) to take the attempt. Loidice had her shot denied by Greyhound goalkeeper Genevieve Chaleff. Fortunately for the Rangers the rebound came right back to the foot of Loiodice who put the ball in the back of the net for the eventual game-winner.
Moravian's only score of the day came with 1:03 left in the first half of play. Micaela Kwochka ended up with a breakaway after a defensive miscue and turned it into her fourth goal of the season. Despite capturing the momentum before the halftime break, the Greyhounds were unable to capitalize.
The evenly matched game saw each team with 17 total shots. Moravian had 10 of their 17 shots go on goal while the Rangers only had eight. Senior
Agata Dera (Wallington, N.J./Wallington) made a team-high five first half saves before being relieved by
Sara Nash (Kingston, Wash./Kingston) in the second half. Nash made saves on all three shots on goal in the second half to preserve the victory.
With a 3-0 record in Landmark Conference play, the Rangers are seated on top of the league standings. The Rangers will play in a non-conference tilt on Wednesday when they host SUNY-New Paltz at 7:00 p.m.
